2 Tbsp. honey

3 Tbsp. vinegar

2 Tbsp. orange zest

2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil

2 tsp. soy sauce

1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger

Bok Choy, chopped

Carrots, grated

Stalk and bulb green garlic

Cilantro, chopped

Almonds, sliced

Orange slices

Roasted chicken cut into bite size pieces

In a mason jar, combine the first 7 ingredients.  Shake until combined.

In a large bowl combine the next 7 ingredients.  Top with the sesame ginger vinaigrette
