Ingredients
1 lg head cabbage, chopped, cooked and cooled
1 pound bacon, chopped, fried, drippings reserved
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbs dry mustard
Directions
Fry bacon till crisp, remove and drain. Over medium heat add vinegar, brown sugar and mustard. Cook until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss with drained cabbage. Add crumbled bacon before serving.
